Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including tax planning, asset protection, and charitable giving.
- Conduct client meetings to gather information and provide legal counsel.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning law and regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service.
- Participate in client education and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar membership in Arizona
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in estate planning law.
- Strong knowledge of estate planning laws, tax laws, and probate procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
