Job description:
Masis Professional Group is assisting our client in searching for a Direct Hire, Maintenance Technician.
Maintain and repair an office building with multiple tenants in Back Bay, Boston, plus nearby residential buildings. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to tenant requests, and ensuring property safety.

- 1st Shift, M-F, 8am-4pm, $29/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
- Respond to tenant service requests promptly.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness of all properties.
- Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC tasks.
- Monitor building systems and report issues.
Experience Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
- Ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
- Comfortable walking between buildings in various weather conditions.
