Role Title: Global Product Owner - ETQ Implementation

Role Description:
Our client seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Product Owner to lead the enterprise-wide implementation and stabilization of the ETQ quality management system. This role is critical in driving the successful global rollout of ETQ, ensuring that the system is not just a quality tool but an integrated enterprise solution that supports cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Lead the global rollout of the ETQ system, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the ETQ project, coordinating with regional and global teams to drive user adoption and engagement.
- Serve as the "conductor of the orchestra," bringing together cross-functional teams to implement, stabilize, and maintain the ETQ system.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the ETQ project, including planning, execution, and monitoring of progress.
- Critically assess and refine the project scope, ensuring that all 18 modules of ETQ are effectively implemented.
- Address gaps in configuration and functionality, working closely with IT, business stakeholders, and ETQ system architects.
- Implement design criteria and ensure that the ETQ system meets the needs of various stakeholders across the enterprise.
- Drive the development of training modules and user manuals, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
- Stabilize the ETQ system post-implementation, transitioning from rollout to a maintenance phase with a focus on continuous improvement.
- expertise in the EQT MOC module.
- Lead change management efforts to drive user adoption, ensuring that the ETQ system is fully utilized across the organization.
- Proven experience as a product owner or project manager, preferably in the implementation of enterprise-wide systems.
- Deep understanding of ETQ implementations with a strong focus in the MOC module, expertise with other modules a huge plus.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Quality Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management, quality systems, or related areas are preferred.
- Experience in a global manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with FMEA, MOC, CAPA processes, and quality data models.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices is preferred.
