Salary: $52,000 per year
Summary:
As a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative, you will play a key role in connecting clients with the wide range of financial solutions offered by the bank, helping them achieve their financial goals. You will balance service requests with sales opportunities, provide expert advice on financial products, and actively engage clients to understand their needs and recommend the best solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deepen relationships with clients by uncovering their financial needs and recommending appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, crafting customized solutions tailored to their needs.
- Sell and fulfill banking products, including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs), and loans.
- Identify opportunities for licensed sales functions and make referrals to Line of Business partners as needed.
- Provide accurate quotes on rates, terms, and programs for various banking solutions.
- Manage risk in all business, product, and service transactions using available tools.
