Executive Personal Assistant to C-Suite Executive, High-End Womenswear Brand with Offices in LA, NY and Paris.
Our confidential client is seeking a forward-thinking Executive Personal Assistant who proactively makes decisions and provides seamless support while creating organization for a very busy Principal. This is an incredible opportunity for an exceptional multitasker who is exceedingly strong with managing calendars, well-versed in personal bookkeeping, and able to liaise seamlessly with the team, external stakeholders, and executive partners. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, has experience being the right arm to a dynamic Executive, and possesses a 24/7 mentality. Professionalism, discretion, and high standards of work are the key to success. This role is onsite 5 days a week on the Westside. Salary range is $100-120k.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Anticipating the needs of the Executive and ensuring the day to day runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Complex calendar management and appointment scheduling.
- Travel coordination, both domestic and international, and organizing itineraries.
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
- Communication with attorneys, accountants, doctors, vendors etc.
- Running errands as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience using QuickBooks online.
- 5+ years’ experience supporting a high-profile Executive.
- Financial aptitude; experience with credit card reconciliation, light bookkeeping, expense reports and data entry.
- High level communication skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- 24/7 mentality.
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders, legal teams, executive partners etc.
- Experience within the Apparel industry a plus.
