New York - Executive Search Researcher - Financial Services
Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office per week
Basic Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 (can flex for strong candidates)
Bonus: 10% straight commission from deals (Expected origination from partners is $2m meaning up to $200k in bonus)
I am delighted to commence a search for an executive search brand that has a particularly strong coverage and reputation within both Middle & Front Office C suite placements.
You will join two industry renowned Partners who have coverage across HR, Investments & Front office. Between these, these partners have a track record of originating upwards of $5m in revenue. They can confidently be described as some of the best in their space.
Fee's = $100k, average fee range $500k-$750k
Bonus = Minimum $10k, average of $50k-$75k
Some of your responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate and consistent communication routines with hiring Executives to ensure a client and candidate centric search experience.
- Provide advice, counsel and information to the executive's to enable them to improve their ability to attract strong talent to their firm and best leverage available resources.
- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the search process.
- Develop and implement strategies to broaden our diversity pipeline. Support diversity efforts through search work.
Requirements:
- Diligent communicator with a sharp eye for detail. You will be dealing with the top hedge funds within the world & in that one of the most impressive candidate bases on offer.
- A minimum of 1 year experience within a similar outfit.
- College Educated is preferred but not essential.
