Our local non-profit client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their Executive Director and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, and take minutes.
- Assist with special projects and track deadlines.
- Oversee office operations and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a non-profit.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
