We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Packaging Line Lead to join our top-notch team at LaClare Creamery! This role supervises the work and team members on their assigned line. The person in this position will motivate the team to meet their performance goals and established metrics. This position's hours are Monday-Thursday 4:30am-3:00pm with overtime as necessary, includes competitive pay starting at $26.00/hour, full benefits, and monthly bonus opportunities!
Reports to: Chevre Packaging Supervisor
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Manage Line staffing on a day to day basis
- Cover for breaks daily or in the event of scheduled VIP
- Manage material needs for their line (corrugate, film, case labels, tape, etc.)
- Operation – Set Up, Troubleshoot, basic maintenance and PM, Maintenance scheduling
- Schedule Adherence and Metric attainment
- Training – assist in creation, training of new hires, retrain current team members
- Self – Motivated and able to work on their own
- Follows all policies and procedures LaClare Creamery has implemented in regards to food and personal safety to assist in maintaining a safe work environment and safe, quality products at all times.

- Lift - be able to lift 50+lbs continuously, stand for 8 hours/day and occasionally twist, bend, climb, grasp and other repetitive movements
- Flexible to various creamery environments including unloading, making, painting, packaging, aging and shipping
