Chief Engineer | Denver, Colorado | Satellite Development & Operations
We are partnered with a growing Space business, who provide end-to-end solutions for Spacecraft development, from Design, Production and Testing, through to integration, launch and operations.
Their next key hire is for a Chief Engineer, ideally from a Systems Engineering background, to come on board as a key technical leadership figure.
In this role you will:
- Be the organization's technical authority for a range of programs
- Overseeing smooth program execution, offering leadership and guidance to various teams
- Supervise technical reviews
- Remain technically hands on, with a strong understanding of spacecraft development
- Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end development process
What you'll need:
- Strong background in overseeing spacecraft development
- Good knowledge and experience of systems engineering processes
- Strong knowledge of various spacecraft subsystems
- Technical leadership and management experience in a dynamic environment
- Great interpersonal skills
