Position: Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote- Candidates must be flexible with their work schedule. May be asked to work any time zone, early shifts, late shifts, or split shifts. Goal is to provide 3 weeks notice if possible on any schedule changes, but candidates must be comfortable with occasional short notice if situation occurs.
Duration: Contract through November 1st, 2025. Project may begin to ramp down as early as September.
Pay Rate: $30/hour
BG/Drug: Candidates must pass client’s BG/drug which consists of marijuana testing
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in implementation or deployment roles, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
- Strong training and presentation skills, with experience in virtual instructor-led training.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
Day-2-Day:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to manage key phases of our Mpower project deployments. The successful candidate will focus on Asset/Inventory Readiness, Virtual instructor-led training, and support during and after go-live. The successful candidate will be crucial in ensuring that all assets and inventory are prepared, end-users are trained, and the project transitions smoothly from cutover to hypercare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Asset/Inventory Readiness Training:
- Lead the Asset/Inventory Readiness training, ensuring all assets and inventory are properly aligned with system requirements.
- Conduct assessments to verify that inventory data is accurately entered and categorized.
- Provide guidance and address any issues related to asset management and inventory tracking.
- Virtual Instructor-Led Training (Clerk, ML, & Tech):
- Deliver virtual instructor-led training sessions tailored for Clerks, Material Leads (ML), and Technicians within a maintenance organization
- Ensure that end user has a robust understanding for MPower software and is properly prepared for go live.
- Support and assist end users throughout training sessions.
- Go-Live Support/Completion of Tasks (Week 1):
- Provide on-site or remote support during the first week of go-live to ensure the successful completion of all critical tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the go-live period, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the project leadership team.
- Support/Hypercare:
- Lead the post-go-live support and hypercare phase, providing ongoing assistance to end-users as they adapt to the new system.
