Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years in learning/development, 3+ years focused on leadership development.
- 5+ years of team management experience.
- Strong track record of successfully managing and Implementing leadership programs.
- Experience facilitating interactive classroom training.
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Facilitator certifications such as: DiSC, Franklin Covey's library, Crucial Conversations.
- Coaching Certifications.
- Experience with leadership assessments and coaching tools.
- Experience with google Suite and Cornerstone LMS.
Day-to-Day:
