Job Description:

- Participates in design, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software.
- Requires good understanding of business application. Works with technical staff and line of business resources to understand problems with software and remediate them.
- Resolves defects with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
- Participates in the development of job aids. Demonstrates software. May act as team leader on less complex projects.
- Assists in training less-experienced software development staff.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university and 6 years of analytical and application packaging and support experience OR 9 years of analytical and application packaging and support experience.
- 5 years of experience providing support for application issues with moderate to high complexity on Windows X Operating Systems in an enterprise environment
- 3 years of experience completing assignments on multiple projects of varying size, complexity, and risk.
Requirements:
- MS Access development including VBA development
- Experience with PowerShell and Batch Scripting.
- SharePoint Development (Power BI), Administration, and Support
- Strong Technical Writing skills.
- Knowledge of Windows Servers including experience with Windows Scheduler Manager.
- Knowledge of End User Computing solutions.
- Knowledge of server backups and restores.
