JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This position will be a part of the client’s Payment and Risk Operations team and will be responsible for reviewing identification, business and bank documents to update log-in credentials for the customers.
Professional Experience/Background to be successful in this role:
- Has 0-2 years of fraud and risk investigation operations experience preferably in ecommerce, payments, or financial services
- Possesses data analysis and natural investigative skills
- Has the ability and comfortability to communicate clearly, and effectively with customers
- Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills
- Has a working knowledge of Excel to create spreadsheets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
