Procore Administrator - Project Specialist
Location: San Pablo St., Los Angeles, CA 90033
Work Setup: 100% On-Site
Pay Rate: Up to $35.77 per hour
Target Start Date: Late September 2024
Duration: 13 weeks, with a high possibility for extension and/or conversion
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description:
Overview:
The Procore Administrator - Project Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Procore, a cloud-based construction management software, to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Procore, a background in construction management, and the ability to provide training and technical support to project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
User Management:
- Manage user accounts, set up new users, and assign roles and permissions.
- Ensure team members have the appropriate access levels for project tasks.
Project Setup:
- Configure new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to meet project requirements.
Training and Support:
- Provide training to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.
System Configuration:
- Customize the Procore environment to align with organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.
Data Management:
- Ensure accurate entry, maintenance, and backup of project data, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
- Resolve technical issues within Procore and liaise with Procore’s support team when necessary.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate reports to assist project managers in monitoring progress and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
Compliance and Security:
- Ensure Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.
Must-Haves:
Procore Experience (3-5 Years):
- Deep familiarity with Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
Clean-Cut Appearance:
- Professional appearance, especially when representing the company in meetings or site visits.
Experience in the U.S.:
- All relevant experience should be within the United States to ensure familiarity with local regulations and standards.
Construction Management Experience (3-5 Years):
- Proven track record in managing construction projects with an understanding of the lifecycle, challenges, and best practices.
Strong Excel and Outlook Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and project management, and competence in managing communications and tasks using Outlook.
Bachelor’s Degree:
- B.A. or B.S. in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
Nice to Have:
- OSHPD/HCAI Experience (1 Year):
- Experience with California's OSHPD or HCAI projects, beneficial for specialized healthcare construction projects.
