Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily bakery production with creativity and precision, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a love of learning, and encouraging them to explore new techniques and ideas.
- Oversee the production of innovative and traditional baked goods, always with an eye for new trends and creative spins.
- Manage food costs, labor costs, and vendor relationships to ensure both quality and profitability.
- Maintain a pristine work environment, ensuring equipment is in top condition and the bakery is always inspection-ready.
- Collaborate with the Owner and General Manager to craft seasonal menus, develop exciting specials, and set production goals.
- Continuously evaluate and coach staff, providing feedback and education to nurture growth and development.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily production, setting pars, and ensuring exceptional quality across all products.

- Place and manage ingredient orders for bakery and ice cream production, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Conduct tastings and line checks to ensure food quality and inspire new ideas.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, storage, and sanitation regulations.
- Monitor labor and food costs, adjusting as needed to meet budgetary goals.
- Maintain all bakery equipment in excellent condition, ensuring smooth operations and a safe, clean work environment.
