Seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage residential roofing projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities and qualifications:
- Oversee all phases of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Manage and coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability by managing resources effectively.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing project management.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a thorough background check.
