Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Systems and/or Network Engineer located in Port Arthur, TX. You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of our clients' systems and networks. You will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve any issues, as well as provide recommendations for system and network improvements. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in systems and network administration (5 years+)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
- Experience with network monitoring and performance tuning
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA) are a plus
