5+ years of Business Analyst experience (enterprise-wide projects)
Leadership experience/willingness to be in Leadership role -- helping train junior BAs and assigning tasks
Experience in an environment with hybrid Agile & Waterfall methodologies

Job Description *
An insurance client in Cincinnati is seeking a Business Analyst (on a contract-to-hire model) to join a large multi-year program to work with the Program Manager and IT teams as they build out a new system. Their responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain process flows -- both business and systems
- Have experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for project teams regardless of project methodology
- Have experience documenting data requirements (attributes, mapping)
- Have experience documenting test cases and test plans; experience generating RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)
- Willing to share knowledge and experience with business analysis best practices
