Position: Office Manager / Executive Assistant

Position Description:
Help manage office operations and support investment professionals, CFO, and various outside professionals. The role will assist with calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, office management, and project management for all team members.
SFEP prefers a candidate with relevant experience in a private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, or a similar financial services industry. The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, adept at handling multiple tasks, detail oriented, and have a strong work ethic. The position will be based at SFEP’s office in downtown San Francisco and will not require any travel.
Primary responsibilities:
· Manage and sit at reception, fielding incoming calls and maintaining office needs
· Coordinate calendars, prepare documents for meetings, and make travel arrangements
· Support Managing Partner with various scheduling and administrative needs
· Process investment professional expense reports through Expensify
· Maintain office needs such as supplies, groceries, mailing/shipping needs
· Manage organization of office conference room and common areas.
· Liaise with IT team and other 3rd party functional vendors (e.g. HR and benefits) when necessary
· Support investment team with various projects such as maintenance of Salesforce CRM system
· Assist CFO with items such as daily cash reconciliations, accounts payable support, tax prep work, and expense approvals
· Assist with planning firm events and investor annual meetings
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of related experience
· Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills
· Experience in handling a wide range of support-related tasks
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· High level of attention to detail
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
