The WebMethods Developer works as a member of the Integrations development team and is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, modifying, testing, and implementing Integrations solutions, deliverables and supporting the production landscape. This role also assigned development items.
This position is based out of our world headquarters in Denver, CO and will work a hybrid work schedule, Monday and Fridays are remote, and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in office days.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Evaluate, interpret, and understand Functional and technical specifications for complex development.
- Construct Technical Specification for a solution design which will meet or exceed the functional requirements as described in the Functional Specification.
- Develop (build) based on the design as described in the Technical Specification in Integrations platform such WebMethods, SAP PI.
- Build and execute integrations connecting SAP landscapes and
- Document and conduct unit and system testing pertaining to new technical development and maintenance.
- Provide input and recommendations for technical issues and process improvements.
- Address business unit requests and clearly communicate commitments, issues, completion dates and status with the requestor and with management.
- Perform peer code reviews of team member solutions.
- Interact and communicate effectively with all technical and functional teams.
- Provide technical consulting to internal customers and functional SME’s.
- Analyze and tune system performance issues as they are encountered.
- Monitor production deployments and ensure successful release of strategies environments.
- Upgrade applications as new releases are available from the application vendors.
- Provide 24-hour on-call support coverage and works weekends/late nights as needed, support planned outages.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of Integrations development experience with WebMethods (architecture and toolsets) in a n-tier multi-system environment.
- Good understanding of data integrations concepts and strategies
- The Integration Developer should have expert experience in 2 or more of the following technical areas
- WebMethods
- Web-based Technologies
- Java programming
- Salesforce
- Informatica
- SAP PI
- Document management solutions
- 2 years of experience on an intermediate level in at least 4 of the following additional areas: Java programming, Communication protocols such as: (http(s), sftp, AS2), Scripting languages such as JavaScript, Power Shell and Unix Korn Shell, Basic Unix/Linux knowledge, Strong SQL knowledge, EDI
- Experience with Design, Build and Maintain Workflows
- Strong commitment to maintain data integrity.
- Good understanding of databases and database concepts
- Demonstrated ability to work with multi-divisional business communities to leverage information across the enterprise.
- Experience with providing internal consulting, recommendations, and end user education.
- Experience across all phases of software development cycles
- Experience working in a structured development environment
- Able to manage small to medium project
- Strong analytical and problem identification and resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse environment under aggressive timelines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment,
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

- Minimal travel required (0 -10 days per year)
