FOH Manager will organize and oversee daily operations of our front of house facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating activities and helping people reach their full potential, whether
staff, vendor or guest.
FOH managers are always focused on ensuring excellent customer experience. They are leaders and problem solvers. Excellent communication and organizational skills are vital.
Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
Supervise and evaluate staff members in all parts of the building.
Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
Handle customer complaints when necessary
Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
Review and prepare reports for senior management
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Regularly review product quality and address with operations directors
Organize, schedule and supervise shifts
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it
Promote education of staff in regards to all product
Ensure staff is striving for hospitality through interviewing and meeting with staff during tenure
