Seeking a Skilled Anesthesiologist in Scenic Helena, Montana!

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced anesthesiologist to provide high-quality care in our state-of-the-art medical facility. Looking for a Direct Hire, W2 employee, but can potentially entertain locums to permanent for serious candidates!
Facility Details/Job Specifics:
Active Montana license
Could do a 40-hour week or 36-hour week
First case starts at 8am, last case starts at 3pm. Anything after that is considered emergent.
Hours 6-10hrs a day depending on the room
7 ORs (1 of those is on OB) and 3 Endoscopy Suites
Case Mix: Ortho, Ortho Spine, Ortho Trauma, General Surgery, Endoscopy, ENT, DaVinci OB/GYN, well-peds, ortho peds
2-10 cases/day depending on room/length of procedure
One in 10 first call and one in 10 second call. Post call day off. (Call days will lower as we add more Physician staff).
Physicians provide supervision/assistance to CRNAs as needed (rare)
Physicians rotate Supervisor role daily, during this shift they are not assigned to a room
90 days to credential
