Summary of Position:
The Physical Security Manager is responsible for monitoring the security operations for the organization. Enforce security policies, regulations, rules, and make sure that the environment in their organization is safe for employee, customers, and visitors/contractors. Managing Contract Security guards and delegate tasks and duties to them. The Security Manager is also responsible to safeguard company asset and property.

Develop and Monitor security policies, programs, or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, requirements, or applicable government security requirements, policies, and directives.

Plan, direct, or coordinate security activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property, directly reporting to AWPC Security Manager

Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.

Collect and analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
Communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.

5.
Respond to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures. Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.

Other security and infrastructure duties as assigned

Qualifications for Position:
A. Education
Military / Police background
B. Experience
- Previous experience (5 years) in military or law enforcement settings
C. Competencies & Attributes
1.
Familiar With AMAG access control system and Avigilon CCTV system
2.
Familiar with protection and safeguard of high value assets and people safety
3.
Strong ability to manage stressful situations
4.
Ability to resolve problem independently with little to no supervision
5.
Excellent communication and customer service skill, to analyze problems and provide recommendations in terms that are understandable to the business.
6.
Availability to travel up to 10% of the time, internationally.
7.
Availability to obtain and maintain DoD Clearances
