Requirement / Qualifications:
- 12+ Years of overall experience
- Hands-on experience in Data Engineering
- Lead and manage data-related programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for data projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders in the customer organization to drive program execution and deliverables.
- Manage end to end internal and customer governance.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in data management and analytics, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree computer science and equivalent work experience.
