Job Description
Must-Haves:
• STRONG Procore Experience (3-5 Years): Deep familiarity with Procore, including setup, management, and troubleshooting.
• Clean-Cut Appearance: Professional appearance, especially when representing the company in meetings or site visits.
• Experience in the U.S.: All relevant experience should be within the United States to ensure familiarity with local regulations and standards.
• U.S. Citizenship Preferred: Preference for candidates who are U.S. citizens due to potential security or regulatory requirements.
• 3-5 Years of Construction Management Experience: Proven track record in managing construction projects, understanding the lifecycle, challenges, and best practices.
• In-Depth Understanding of Construction Procedures, Methodologies, Processes, and Project Management Principles: Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and project management techniques.
• Strong Excel Skills: Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and project management.
• Strong Outlook Skills: Competence in managing communications, scheduling, and tasks using Outlook.
• Bachelor's (B.A. or B.S.) in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Construction Management, or a Related Field
Nice to Have:
• 1 Year of OSHPD/HCAI Experience: Experience with California's Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) or Healthcare Access and Information (HCAI) projects, which is beneficial for specialized projects in healthcare construction.
Job Description:
• User Management: Managing user accounts, setting up new users, assigning roles and permissions, and ensuring team members have the appropriate access.
• Project Setup: Configuring new projects, including setting up templates, workflows, and custom fields to align with project needs.
• Training and Support: Providing training and ongoing support to ensure effective use of Procore, including creating training materials and conducting workshops.
• System Configuration: Customizing the Procore environment to meet organizational needs, including configuring integrations and managing data fields.
• Data Management: Ensuring project data is accurately entered, maintained, and backed up, including managing documents, drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Resolving technical issues within Procore and working with Procore’s support team when necessary.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports to help project managers monitor progress and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring Procore use complies with industry standards, company policies, and regulations, including data security and privacy.
