Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Denver, CO
AimHire is currently searching for a Administrative Assistant to join a construction company in the Englewood, CO area. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of admin experience, be comfortable working independently, organized and great with customer service skills. Please apply below!
This is a contract to hire position paying $25/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones- not high volume
- Handle email using Outlook
- Prepare monthly bills for accounting
- Manage Inventory in company system
- Close out a job once completed
- Invoice to different contractors in different pay systems
- Purchase orders
- Material submittals- PO’s
- Input certified payroll in different systems
- Quotes for jobs
- Setting up jobs in system
- Input payroll- just input/not process
Requirements:
- MS Office Suite Proficiency, mostly with Outlook and Excel.
- 1-3 years prior administrative experience
- Positive in person and phone demeanour with proven ability to interact effectively with customers
- Technologically savvy
- Detail oriented
- Work independently
