Epic Hospital Billings Claims Analyst
Location: 100% remote
Interview Process: 1st interview 30-45 min and 2nd 30 minutes; zoom invite will be provided
Manager Notes:
- Epic Hospitals Billing Claims - Hospital Billing Claims certification required; no on-call needs, senior experience needed, will be team of 1; infancy stage of development, no established processes set (this person will help in this area); stabilization phase
- This is a temp to perm position
- Triaging issues, analyzing issues from end users, fixing/testing & relaying changes to end users, daily work ques (interface errors), enhancements to system build; testing and rollouts
- An analyst that can seek out the answers; research & interpret Epic documentation, good communication and follow-up skills
- Not interested in anyone that was a trainer only
- Needs someone that worked as an analyst
Responsibilities:
- Supports major enterprise applications and others as assigned.
- Facilitates design of business workflow in conjunction with the business units; workflows will focus on improving efficiencies, solving complex workflow issues and incorporating quality initiatives.
- Performs needs assessment, software design, implementation, support, and reporting.
- Coordinates and participates in unit and integrated testing activities of the software to ensure that the design objectives are met.
Required:
- Epic Certification
- Healthcare experience required
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience supporting applications is required.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, with good analytical and problem solving ability.
- Notable client service, communication, presentation and relationship building skills required.
