Job Title: Data Enrichment Specialist – Commercial Banking Operations
Location: Dallas, Tempe, or Chicago – hybrid
Overview: Our top Banking client is seeking a dedicated Data Enrichment Specialist to join their Commercial Lending Department. This role will focus on data clean-up and enrichment projects, supporting portfolio management and reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and clean up data across various platforms including Loan IQ, SharePoint, Live Link, and shared drives.
- Conduct research to locate and track credit agreements and other financial documents.
- Collaborate with contractors on data clean-up projects, providing training and oversight.
- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting dashboards to monitor team performance.
- Assist with data enrichment tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support the transition of data into centralized tools and systems.
- Handle day-to-day inquiries from portfolio managers and lines of business, addressing data transfer and enrichment issues.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Loan IQ, SharePoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of commercial banking and credit agreements.
- Ability to read and understand credit documents.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data enrichment and remediation projects.
- Familiarity with collateral pricing and document management.
