Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, driven Management Consultant with a strong sense of urgency to join our team. In this fast-paced role, reporting directly to the COO, you will play a critical part in executing high-impact financial analyses, supporting rapid capital raising efforts, and driving strategic projects that will accelerate our growth and strengthen our market presence. This is a unique opportunity for a recent graduate who is hungry to dive into corporate finance, healthcare strategy, and business development, and who thrives in an environment where speed, precision, and adaptability are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Capital Raising Support:
- Assist in preparing pitch decks, financial models, and investor presentations.
- Research potential investors and funding opportunities, helping to develop outreach strategies.
- Support due diligence efforts by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop funding strategies that align with business goals.
Strategic Project Support:
- Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and expansion initiatives.
- Assist in the development of business cases, including financial forecasts, ROI analysis, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Help drive strategic initiatives across departments, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze key business performance indicators, including operational and financial metrics, and present insights to leadership.
- Create dashboards and reports that monitor the progress of ongoing strategic initiatives.
- Provide analytical support for strategic planning and budgeting processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, senior leadership, and operational teams.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and present clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in healthcare or mental health services is highly desirable.
- Previous internship or experience in investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, or a related field is a plus.

Additional Information
The expected base pay for this role will be between $60,000 - $80,000 at the commencement of employment. However, base pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience. Further, base pay is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Psychplus Health-sponsored benefits.
We would like candidates to work in US hours at the beginning with potentially Pakistan hours coming in near future.
