Position Reports To: Director of Program Management
POSITION PURPOSE
This position is responsible for overseeing multiple projects with the goal of driving the successful execution of program deliverables within cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
This position manages all aspects of multiple defense-related programs on contracts directly with the US Government or prime contractor. Responsible for the technical and management execution of all tasks as specified in the customer Statement of Work (SOW) and other associated compliance documents. Serves as the primary interface between the customer and EOTech on all program-specific issues. Generates Program Integrated Master Schedule using Microsoft Project. Monitors, directs and performs day-to-day activities of the assigned program teams to ensure that goals and objectives are being met, including schedule, cost and technical performance. Conducts and leads internal meetings and customer meetings, including weekly telecoms, monthly/quarterly program reviews, design reviews, and forecast meetings. Generates periodic reports as required by the program. Takes appropriate corrective action in response to program deficiencies.Generates proposals to address program requirements, overruns, or changes in scope.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and at least 10 years of related work experience
Must be a US citizen
