The Commercial Loan Processor is responsible for accurately preparing, delivering, review and processing of Commercial and Agriculture loan documentation along with providing administrative support and assistance to the Commercial and Agricultural Lending Teams and Administrative Assistants.
As a Commercial Loan Processor, you will:
- Prepare, deliver, process, and review various types of commercial and agricultural loan documentation for customer loan requests.
- Locate, categorize, and reindex documentation received from Administrative Assistants.
- Upload and book loans to system of record.
- Complete Post-Closing final review of documents.
- Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy, maintain compliance when completing bank tasks and department requirements.
- Maintain a fluid workflow and timeline of assigned loan requests received from the Commercial and Agricultural Lending Team.
- Communicate directly with the Commercial Lending Team and Administrative Assistants on loan package requests.
- Work directly with Team Lead on corrections and projects within the department.
- Uphold Nicolet’s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years loan, Business or Commercial processing, loan documentation or equivalent experience
- PC, phone system, general office equipment
- Proficient in using the suite of Microsoft Office systems to include Teams, Excel, Word.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be a team player who is enjoys a fluid work environment.
- Willingness and desire for continuous learning to maintain and enhance professional expertise in field.
