The Quality Manager is responsible for Quality Compliance and must audit all company policies, procedures, processes, and practices, to ensure continuous conformance with established standards and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies and operating procedures.
- Maintain Transponder assignments
- Assist control of T-Chek card assignments
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings.
- Maintain hazardous waste permitting program.
- Oversee CDL tuition reimbursement progam.
- Report to management about audit results and recommends changes.
- Develop processes and procedures for conducting audits.
- Maintains and records audit documentation.
- Maintenance of Quality and Operating procedure manuals.
- Maintenance of Quality program records.
- Conduct outside vendor audits.
- Assist the Safety Department in the investigation of incidents, accidents, injuries, spills, and contaminations.
- Review NCR’s and assist in determining cause and corrective action
