Position Summary:
The Watch Polisher technician must perform professional and technical polishing and refurbishing of Bulgari watches within deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for watch polishing, including case & bracelet, with care and attention to details, adhering to deadlines and delivery dates.
- Responsible for dismantling/assembling watch cases and bracelets.
- Responsible for maintaining machinery and workshop tools.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workshop area. Follow all company protocols for securing and storing company and customer-owned merchandise. Follow all company protocols related to destruction of parts.
- Responsible for advising on the materials needed to carry out service requests.
- Ensure proper quality of service according to Bulgari standards.
- Responsible for maintaining and adhering to workshop health & safety requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years’ experience in high-end watch polishing.
- Knowledge and skill in polishing different shapes, metals and finishings.
- Experience working with polishing tools and machinery.
- Ability to manage priorities and to work efficiently with deadlines.
- Ability to analyze refurbishing issues and to perform quality controls.
