Senior Analyst
Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst in the Philadelphia Suburban area.
The Senior Analyst is a position thatwill work with a Senior Manager of Operations Analysis and will own core financial aspects of Operations including direct and indirect labor and field infrastructure.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and accompanying analysis for Operations.
- Performing in-depth analysis of labor and overhead, driving cost and cycle productivity across all areas.
- Analyzing performance of service areas, including actions plans and best practices tracking and adoption.
- Working with critical financial and operational KPIs.
- Using analytical tools to drive various forms of efficiency.
- Working on simplification of payment plans, targeting more direct line of sight on pay for performance (productivity).
- Analyzing Labor inflation and deflation as key components of total labor costs and productive work.
- Participating in presentations with Sr Executives, and support Board of Director meetings.
Skills/ Competencies:
The ideal Senior Analyst will possess these skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- 3-5 years of multi-site financial forecasting and strategic analysis experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency and modelling skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage large, complex projects
- Strong communication skills
