This position supports application development efforts as a Full Stack Engineer-DevSecOps. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for development and implementation of applications using existing and emerging technology platforms. The Full Stack Engineer shall have the ability to perform, but not limited to automation and engineering tasks for backend data, front end web application, infrastructure/operations, and security engineer tasks in cloud environments.

POSITION DUTIES:
- Work as part of a team throughout the software development life cycle of FuelFACS OnDemand and future Cloud or Hybrid Cloud Solutions.
- Provide direction on cloud based architecture and network security, Azure Services and/or other open source tools to balance the cost of the application for the customer pricing models and expected security models.
- Code deployment control from development to test environment and to the customer production environment.
- Deployment configuration and/or automation of deployment to customer production environments based on agreed upon frequency and timing with the customer.
- Work with the team on implementing Static and Dynamic security testing tools and reviews of code prior to production release based.
- Develop resource monitoring tools for production environments providing support teams feedback and notifications on system status and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with developers and test engineers to provide development and product maintenance services in Development, Security and Operations activities.
- Responsible for estimating the size of job tickets in Azure DevOps, designing solutions, developing code, creating deployment scripts, managing code in production, and managing any database solutions.
- Responsible for the operation in production of the capabilities they develop by developing operational dashboards.
- Provide appropriate system monitoring support for network-related production issues, providing the capability to rule out application issues.
- Continuously develop and maintain system documentation.
- Develop code to meet user story acceptance criteria.
- Debug, test, and fix errors.
- Conduct end-to-end testing and integration.
- Conduct design and code review to ensure compliance with standards.
- Estimate level of effort to develop code to meet acceptance criteria.
- Share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams, and mentor more junior developers.
Required Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related technical program
- 5+ years of experience in software development, a mixture of front end and back-end development
- Shall possess experience in scaled enterprise application deployment and solution architecture in Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience building:
- websites using JS frameworks such as Angular and React.
- applications using Java, Spring boot, JSON, and JavaScript
- programming languages such as, C#, SQL, Java, React, and scripting languages.
- Networking and cybersecurity
- Experience in Microsoft Azure services and other open source services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Shall possess Enterprise level software architecture, understanding of FuelFACS+/FuelFACS On Demand or Terminal Automation applications and architecture a plus.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipeline.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Software development utilizing Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with automated deployment tools.
- Experience in Test Driven and Behavior Driven Development frameworks.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Solid understanding of Git/Github.
- Experience delivering solutions using Agile delivery practices.
- Strong knowledge in downstream Terminal Automation Systems with knowledge in midstream and upstream markets.
- Relevant oil and gas industry knowledge along with knowledge of company product offering/solutions/services a plus.
- Past or current working experience with global teams.
- Recognized as a technical expert and leader within the department and broader organization.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills related to functional area, understanding impact of the overall business.
- Ability to establish deadlines and manage multiple, and often conflicting, priorities is critical.
