Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Controls Engineer to join their team in Indianapolis. The successful resource will be responsible for the oversight, programming, and testing of various automated equipment, including robotics.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program robotics and automatic palletizers
- PLC/ HMI/ MES programming
- Custom machine design/ build
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years as a Controls Engineer
- Experience programming Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, EPSON or Kawasaki robotics
- Experience with PLC programming from scratch
- Experience with equipment testing, panel building, commisioning
- CAD 2D, 3D
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Previous experience working with a system integrator
- Ability to travel (less than 5%)
- IP, LAN, WAN experience
TERMS:
- This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $120K based on experience. They offer a health reimbursement account amounting to $350/ month for single or $700/ month per family.
