Job Summary:
We are seeking an Oracle Cloud CPQ Business Analyst/Product Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. This hands-on role will involve significant exposure to Oracle CPQ and will be a key part of the team supporting its implementation and ongoing management. The position will work with Systems Integrators (SI) and internal teams to understand Oracle CPQ's capabilities and communicate effectively with other team members.
This role will focus on Oracle CPQ and PRM applications, requiring strong collaboration skills to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet business expectations. The Product Manager will act as a solution architect and will help guide technical teams, though they may not directly program solutions themselves.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Oracle CX apps, including CPQ and PRM, which are integral parts of the NOV CX platform.
- Design the architecture of Oracle Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions and integrate them with the broader CX platform and other enterprise applications.
- Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand needs and evaluate potential solutions.
- Review and sign off on requirements for CX projects involving Oracle CX apps, ensuring global solution alignment.
- Manage the Oracle CX architecture and implementation roadmap, coordinating with teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of solutions, including bug fixes, enhancements, and new features.
- Support existing Oracle CPQ and PRM solutions, resolve production issues, and stay up to date with new enhancements and improvements in Oracle CX apps.
- Oversee the development and implementation of API integrations with other systems, such as MSFT D365, Adobe Magento eCommerce, and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Guide project teams and manage a consistent and pragmatic implementation of CPQ tools and technologies.
Education & Experience Qualifications:
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Certifications: CPQ certification(s) and Oracle Cloud Fusion certification(s) strongly preferred.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience with Big Machines (Oracle CPQ Cloud).
- Working knowledge of Oracle PRM.
- Experience with Agile or iterative development cycles (Sprints, Kanban).
- Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with non-Oracle CX applications such as MSFT D365, Adobe Magento, and ERP systems (JDE, Oracle ERP Cloud) is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Big Machines platform, including configuration, commerce, document engine, and BigMachines Language (BML).
- Experience with hosted web applications and APIs, including XML, XSL, SOAP, and JavaScript.
- Ability to design and oversee the configuration and development of custom objects and workflows in CPQ and PRM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of integration practices, user management, and CPQ solutions, including pricing, product configuration, and proposal development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Interviews are scheduled for the week of 9/16. The role is initially a 6-month contract before conversion to a permanent role. During the contract period, some travel is required, with relocation to Houston necessary for the permanent position.
