Graphic Designer - Creative Visionary Wanted

Are you a design genius with a passion for beauty and branding? We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer who’s ready to bring their creativity to the next level. Working closely with creative leadership; you’ll be the visionary behind the visuals, creating captivating graphics that define the brand across digital and print platforms. We need someone with an eye for aesthetics, a flair for visual storytelling, and a pulse on the latest beauty/ CPG marketing trends.

What You’ll Do:

Craft bold, eye-catching graphics for everything from social media posts to websites, ads, brochures, and more.
Be the creative force behind monthly Amazon activations, designing banners, promo graphics, A+ content, PDPs, and enhanced brand visuals.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to turn ideas into jaw-dropping designs that align with the brand’s voice.
Take complex ideas and transform them into simple, yet stunning visual experiences.
Bring brand consistency across every touchpoint, keeping our visual identity polished and cohesive.
Juggle multiple projects like a pro, delivering high-quality designs while meeting tight deadlines.
Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the designs fresh, innovative, and cutting-edge.
Be a design chameleon, adapting to any project thrown your way.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of hands-on design experience and a killer portfolio.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Organizational wizardry with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines like a boss.
