Our client is a top firm, seeking a corporate associate for its growing Private Equity & Finance team in Boston, Hartford, or Stamford. The group focuses on private equity, capital markets, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of corporate transactions experience, including M&A, private equity transactions, venture capital financing, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, private placements of debt and equity securities, and general corporate matters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-facing skills.
- Team focused with ability to collaborate well within a practice group.
- State bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
