A fast-growing packaging manufacturer is looking to add a dedicated Customer Service Representative to their team. In this role, you would have the opportunity to interact with several different people within the manufacturing facility ensuring customers are being taken care of. You would collaborate with the internal sales team, production management, other CSR's, and customers. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm!
Responsibilities
- Work heavily with the sales team to make sure customers are being provided top-notch customer service.
- Collaborate with scheduling and shipping departments for timely order fulfillment.
- Engage in projects, understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
- Utilize tech skills to assist customers and adapt to industry-specific software.
- Contribute to daily backlog meetings, enhancing operational efficiency
- Manage data entry and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer and sales support, coordinating with internal teams and addressing inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing and packaging industry experience is a PLUS.
- Education: New college graduates or established professionals are welcome.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is a must.
- Customer-Centric: A background in customer support is beneficial.
- Industry Learning: A willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of our industry.
- Working Hours: Standard office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend work required.
