A leading law firm is expanding its Real Estate group and is looking for a skilled Associate to join their Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Francisco offices. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for an attorney with 2-4 years of transactional experience to work on high-profile real estate deals.
The firm is renowned for its representation of public and private entities, as well as governmental and utility companies, on some of the West Coast’s most complex real estate and infrastructure projects.
About the Role: The Associate will play a key role in managing complex transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing. The position involves working with both private clients and public agencies on a variety of real estate matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead transactional work on acquisitions, sales, financing, and leasing for developers and investors.
- Draft and review documents related to subleases, licenses, easements, and loan agreements.
- Handle corporate formation documents and due diligence materials.
- Experience with transactions involving eminent domain is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in transactional real estate.
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- Excellent academic credentials from a top law school.
- Active bar admission and prior law firm experience are essential.
Compensation: The position offers a competitive salary range of $175,000 to $195,000.
