Role: UAT Leads - S4HANA (SAP SD/MM) testing experience
Location: Austin, USA
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA: Familiarity with the SAP S/4HANA platform, including its architecture, new features, and enhancements over previous versions.
- Module-Specific Knowledge: Deep understanding of SD and MM modules, including their processes, functionalities, and integrations with other modules.
- Sales and Distribution (SD): Knowledge of SD processes such as order management, pricing, billing, sales reporting, shipping, and customer relationship management.
- Materials Management (MM): Understanding of MM processes including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and vendor management.
- Define UAT Strategy: Develop a comprehensive UAT strategy and plan that outlines the objectives, scope, approach, resources, and timelines for testing.
- Develop Test Plan: Create detailed test plans, including test scenarios, test cases, and criteria for success. Ensure these align with business requirements and system specifications.
- Identify and coordinate with key business users, testers, and other stakeholders required for UAT. Clearly define and assign roles and responsibilities within the UAT team to ensure effective execution of the test plan.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all UAT-related communications, including updates to stakeholders and management.
- Monitor the execution of test cases to ensure they are carried out according to the plan and in a timely manner. Provide regular updates and reports on UAT progress, issues, and results to stakeholders and project management.
- Ensure that all UAT documentation is accurately maintained, including test plans, test cases, issue logs, and final reports.
- Organize a review meeting to assess the UAT process, gather feedback, and identify lessons learned.
