High-Level Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Revenue Cycle Leader to oversee and support our current revenue cycle operations. The specific scope of this interim role will be finalized in upcoming meetings, but key responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day operational leadership to the revenue cycle team.
- Facilitating effective communication among key stakeholders across the organization to enhance performance.
- Offering thought leadership and collaborating with leaders to enhance their knowledge of revenue cycle operations.
- Delivering updates to senior leaders, including the CFO, on the status of the revenue cycle and any issues that arise.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the current revenue cycle leader and provide guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations within the revenue cycle department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to support organizational goals.
- Provide leadership and insights to help develop the team's understanding of revenue cycle operations.
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and addressing any challenges.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with Epic systems and revenue cycle management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Proven track record of successfully managing revenue cycle operations in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Experience reporting to senior leaders and providing strategic insights.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel is anticipated for this role, with an expected weekly travel schedule at the start of the engagement. Details will be determined.

- This role will have direct reports, with at least one to start. The specific number of direct reports will be determined.
