Join a leading IAM consulting partner dedicated to delivering innovative identity and access management solutions. We are looking for a skilled NetIQ Consultant to work on an exciting project with one of our key clients. This is a 100% remote position, open only to permanent US residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their IAM requirements and design effective NetIQ solutions.
- Implement and configure NetIQ/ OpenText IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise and hands-on support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to NetIQ/ OpenText IAM deployments.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with NetIQ/ OpenText IAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with the implementation and configuration of NetIQ/ OpenText IAM tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a permanent resident of the United States.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint) is a plus.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and Active Directory.
- Previous consulting experience is highly desirable.
