The Opportunity
The Training Specialist manages the entire client training process, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of our platform for successful wealth management, retention, and growth. This role has a significant impact on company expansion and works closely with Leadership, Research and Design, and Services teams to implement change management, best practices, and platform usage. As the clients' advocate, you'll enhance their learning experience and gather feedback to help develop future client-focused training solutions. This position offers the chance to significantly influence both our clients and our company, directly supporting our mission to deliver exceptional wealth management technology to advisors.

Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive learning solutions to internal wealth management partners as part of the onboarding and support teams.
- Collaborate with management and subject matter experts to understand desired business outcomes and translate them into effective training objectives.
- Determine appropriate learning methodologies and development solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and coordinate with subject matter experts as needed.
- Facilitate and deliver engaging training and organizational development programs.
- Maintain an inventory of training programs and tools, scheduling their use according to management priorities.
- Represent the department in various conferences and partner meetings.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in training and instructional design for financial services, with a focus on:
- Financial Services Cloud Applications
- IT implementation projects for large user groups
- Proven track record of working with or training external clients such as Financial Advisors, BD firms, RIAs, or wealth management technology platforms.
Skills:
- Strong instructional design and organizational development capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication, with experience interfacing with all organizational levels, including executives.
- Proficiency in creating training materials and conducting training analysis and development.
- Effective multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in a cloud-based learning environment and digital design is advantageous.
