Are you a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with 5-7 years of experience ready to take on a key role in a high-impact project? We’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team and drive strategic sourcing solutions for a prominent client.
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and manage vendor relationships across diverse categories including HR, marketing, advertising, SaaS, and IT.
- Partner with internal teams to understand procurement needs and deliver tailored sourcing solutions.
- Leverage SuccessFactors or similar systems to oversee procurement processes, from vendor selection to contract negotiation and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve cost savings, quality enhancements, and innovation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and procurement best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 years of procurement experience with a focus on vendor management and evaluation.
- Proven ability to source and manage vendors across multiple categories.
- Previous consulting or contract work experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in SuccessFactors or comparable procurement management systems.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Industry-specific procurement experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a remote setting.
- Background in large-scale procurement within a complex organization.
- Knowledge of trends and practices in the financial services industry.
