LHH is currently searching for a Digital Account Director for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Fort Worth, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least ten years of account management/client service experience within an advertising agency working on digital campaigns. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign performance, discuss strategy, and identify opportunities for growth
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations and guiding clients through the digital landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals
- Lead brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to generate innovative ideas and solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure strategies are effective and competitive
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to optimize results, making strategic adjustments as needed
- Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and performance metrics
- Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Coordinate with internal departments, including creative, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on account management or client services
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving digital marketing initiatives
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively
- Strategic thinking with a data-drive approach to decision-making
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics and social media management tools
- Ability to work onsite in a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Fort Worth area
