Kane Partners is searching for a Production Manager for a growing manufacturing company in the Scranton area to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, ensuring the facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
· This is a Plant Manager roll seeking a Production Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
· Manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, including production, maintenance, quality control, and inventory management. Ensure that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
· Lead, develop, and motivate a team of production staff, supervisors, and support personnel. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and foster a positive work environment.
· Promote and enforce a strong safety culture within the facility. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and address any safety concerns.
· 5 – 10 years of leadership in a manufacturing environment
· Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
