Responsibilities
·Provide field service support for +100 kW piston compressor units, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability
·Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on compressors at customer sites across the USA and Canada
·Effectively analyze and comprehend operational manuals, electrical schematics, and parts breakdowns to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical information
·Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement appropriate solutions
·Collaborate with customers to address their service needs, answer inquiries, and provide technical assistance
·Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, work orders, and documentation of parts used
Requirements
·Previous experience servicing +100 kW piston compressor units
·Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues
·Full availability to travel extensively throughout the USA and Canada
·Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is highly appreciated
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in diverse customer environments
·Valid driver's license and clean driving record
·Eligibility to work in the USA and Canada
