Our client is an electronic systems manufacturer that sits in the beautiful mountains of western Virginia and is seeking for a strong Production Supervisor to oversee 40-60 associates across 2 shifts. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and evaluate entire production process
- Contribute to production planning and budgeting
- Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
